After discovery we’ll make a prioritisation chart, this includes features that will make up your minimum viable product (MVP) ordered by value. We want to build the most valuable features first to get you the best ROI. Why wait for all features to be completed before you start benefitting from your solution?

Before we build anything we’ll make a wireframe of the pages in your software, get your feedback and make any changes you need. We’ll iterate until you’re happy with it. Then we’ll use the wireframe as a guide for a high fidelity design. The high fidelity design will look exactly how your finished piece of software will, and again we’ll iterate and make any changes.

This will confirm our understanding of what you need your software to do and save a lot of time in the project because we’ll avoid any miscommunication and everyone will be on the same page for what the interface needs to look like and what the functions need to do.

Communication and visibility is key to guaranteeing a solution of business value. Have monthly check ins with us, we’ll demo our latest work and get your feedback early on in the process. We’ll also give you access to our task board so that you have visibility on the projects progress.
